Carla is a board certified licensed acupuncturist with over 10 years experience in treating musculoskeletal, neurological, and chronic pain conditions. She uses a variety of Acupuncture techniques gathered from a wide range of international integrative medicine teachers, practitioners, and biomedical training.

Carla completed her internship at the Zhejiang International Teaching College in Huang Zhou, China, learning to combine eastern philosophy and ancient techniques with modern evidence-based acupuncture practice to provide a unique and effective treatment experience.

Carla holds a Masters of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and a Bachelors' of Professional Studies from the Fingerlakes School of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She is a member of the American Association of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and the American Acupuncture Council, and is a diplomat of the National Council of Colleges of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.

Dr. C graduated from Northeast College of Health Sciences in 2010 and began practicing as a sports medicine based chiropractor. Though he has treated athletes from amateur to pro he considers himself a family based chiropractor and has treated many local families in the Jersey Shore region for 12+ years.

Dr. C's goal is to keep you functioning and moving at your optimal level, to minimize your pain, and to address any underlying symptoms you may have, ranging from migraine to neuropathy, and more. He works through gentle and effective chiropractic within your comfort levels.

Dr. Corkin is primarily a diversified chiropractor but has expanded his studies over the years to incorporate degrees in professional sciences, carrying certifications in numerous disciplines including, but not limited to Electro-diagnostics (NCV/EMG), diagnostic ultrasound, manipulation under anesthesia, Chiropractic Biophysics, and EPIC Upper Cervical Technique.
